Dana Loverde, Founder of Well Lived
Clarity. Time. Agency.
You’re the one everyone counts on. You are excellent at all of it and exhausted by all of it. This is where you put some of it down.
Start hereTen minutes. Free. You'll leave with one thing you can put down today.

Where this starts
You did everything right.
The degree. The career. The calendar that runs like a machine. And somewhere in there you became what you do, and who you are stopped getting a turn.
You are the one who notices. You are the one who remembers. You are the one people come to when it has to be right. You are good at it, which is exactly how it grew.
Being capable is not the same as being available. That may work for a season. It is not a life design.
The shift
The answer is not to do more faster.
You have already tried that. You are fast. Speed was never the constraint.
The constraint is that nobody has asked you to decide what is actually yours. Not what you are good at. Not what you would be thanked for. What is yours.
The Method
Do. Delete. Delegate. Defend.
Everything you carry goes through two questions. Does it stay, and is it yours. That is the whole method. It is not complicated. It is just rarely written down.
Who it is for
You are not short on motivation.
You run something. A team, a department, a household, and often more than one at once. You are the person other people rely on to hold the whole picture, and you have never quite worked out how to put part of it down without dropping it.
Your calendar is full of things you agreed to when you had more room than you have now.
You have plenty of motivation. What you are short on is permission to stop carrying something, and a way to decide which thing.
About
Hi, I'm Dana.
I spent 25 years in education. Most of it as the person who noticed what was falling and caught it. I was good at it. I also never put anything down.
Well Lived is what I built when I started putting things down. It's for women who are excellent at all of it and are carrying more of it than anyone around them knows.

One email on Sundays.
One thing worth putting down, or one thing worth defending. Short enough to read standing up. You can leave any time, and the link is at the bottom of every one.
